We have 5 different meeting rooms. Our three main meeting rooms have a table, two chairs, and a TV that you may hook a laptop up to. Our double glass meeting room can be booked as a half room (glass meeting room 1 or 2) or a whole room (glass meeting room 1 and 2). The glass meeting rooms are reserved for groups of 4 or more people and are mostly used for patron-run, self-directed programming.
All meeting rooms can be booked for 2-hour time slots unless previously discussed with either our librarian or our director.
The person that books the room must check in at the front desk when they arrive. Patrons who are more than 15 minutes late for their booking may need to forfeit their room if others are waiting for a room.

If you do not book a room ahead of time, you can come in and ask at the front desk if a room is available; however, there is no guarantee that there will be an available space for you for any given day or time if you do not book ahead, but we will do our best to accommodate all requests.
